Dr. Sanchez Fair
Dr. Sanchez Fair is a visionary entrepreneur and the driving force behind Be Creative Be Different Consulting and Fair Real Estate Investors, both headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. Raised in Greenville, South Carolina, he was deeply influenced by diverse cultures and communities, which ignited his passion for music. In 2011, he inked a record deal and embarked on a nationwide tour with the band formerly known as The Advice.
Transitioning from his successful music career, Dr. Fair transitioned into consulting, dedicating himself to promoting comprehensive diversity within non-profit organizations. His expertise led him to serve on multiple boards and committees in the Charlotte area, where he actively contributed to fostering inclusivity.
In 2020, he co-founded the non-profit organization It Ends Now Charlotte, which began as a peaceful demonstration and quickly evolved into a powerful city and state-wide movement centered around anti-racism and advocacy training. This initiative aimed to drive positive change within our city, organizations, and businesses.
Driven by his passion for understanding the impact of generational trauma on leaders operating within predominantly White organizations, Dr. Fair embarked on a doctoral journey at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in 2022. His research focuses on Redemptive Leadership, striving to shed light on the profound effects of generational trauma and empowering leaders to overcome these challenges.
Dr. Fair's dedication to advocacy, awareness, and healing extends to his real estate company, Fair Real Estate Investors. Through this venture, he continues to address the scars of generational trauma and promote positive change in communities.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Dr. Fair finds joy in his role as a devoted husband to Chelsea Lauren Fair, and the proud father of two beautiful children, Micah (6) and Julian (4).
