A few years ago, I started wrestling with what it looks like to really -truly- live out a God-honoring life of justice and mercy.

My church began by sponsoring a refugee family. In hearing the stories and experiencing the hospitality of my dear Syrian friends, I also realized the importance of Christians speaking into our political systems by advocating for just policies that care for our vulnerable neighbors. APJ facilitates conversations and hopes to create energy behind Christian civic engagement, and I am thrilled to be a part of that vision.
