Charity Wahrenburger

Charity is currently an independent consultant in the city of Pittsburgh, PA.  She has recently worked for the Center for Public Justice directing the Christians Investing in Education initiative. Before working for CPJ she spent 15 years working in higher education teaching, managing programs, and developing student leaders; helping students connect the tenants of their faith to their engagement with academics, community, and government.

Charity is actively engaged in the Pittsburgh Community.  She has served as a volunteer for an education advocacy organization A+ Schools, a volunteer leader with the Girl Scouts of America, and a member of the Executive Service Corp with the Covestro Center for Community Engagement.  She is also on the Board of Directors of Pittsburgh Urban Christian School. In her down time, you will most likely find Charity out in the woods with her husband Todd, and her dog Scout.
